THE BLESSED MOTHER · FREE SEVEN-DAY GUIDE
A little space in a full day.
You spend so much of your day thinking about others. Here is a small invitation to include yourself. Seven simple moments, about five minutes each. No purchases, no perfect routine, no need to sign up.
Start wherever you are. Try one invitation each day, repeat a favourite, or take longer. Missing a day does not put you behind. Women of every belief and background are welcome.
Day 1 · Arrive as you are
Find a comfortable position. Notice three things you can see and two sounds around you. Let your breathing stay natural. Ask yourself: How am I arriving today? You do not have to change the answer.
One small step: Name your day in one word, privately or on paper.
Day 2 · Put one thing down
Write down what is asking for your attention. Pick one nonessential task that can wait, be simplified or be shared. This is not about ignoring responsibilities; it is about choosing what needs you today.
One small step: Finish the sentence: Today, it is enough to…
Day 3 · Speak to yourself as a friend
Think of a moment that felt difficult this week. Imagine a friend telling you the same story. What kind, honest words would you offer her? Write those words for yourself. You can acknowledge a mistake without turning it into a verdict on who you are.
One small step: Keep one sentence somewhere you will see it.
Day 4 · Make room for something you enjoy
Choose something small that feels pleasant or meaningful: a favourite song, a few pages, a look out of the window or a cup of something you like. Give it a few minutes without making it productive.
One small step: Ask: What would I like a little more of this week?
Day 5 · Ask for something specific
Consider one person you trust. What small request might make your day easier? It could be ten minutes of listening, help with one errand or a short check-in. You can write the request before deciding whether to send it.
One small step: Try: Would you have time to help me with…? If nobody comes to mind, simply note the kind of support you would like.
Day 6 · Notice what you carried
List three things you have handled this week, however ordinary: preparing a meal, answering a difficult message, getting through a tiring day. Notice the effort involved. Nothing has to look impressive to count.
One small step: Write: Something I want to give myself credit for is…
Day 7 · Choose what comes with you
Look back at the week. Which moment felt useful, and which did not? Keep one practice that fits your life. Choose a realistic time to try it again. You do not need to turn seven days into a new set of obligations.
One small step: Complete: Next week, I would like to make room for…
Keep a little space for yourself.

¿Qué momento te resultó útil y cuál no?
